In recent years mental health has become a priority for many  athletes. Studies have found recently that there is a correlation between time playing and their position and the development of mental health issues.   Therapy for athletes offers services to address the mental, emotional and physical health concerns impacting athletes. Human behavior is often learned and can be measured within the context of family/community in which it has originated. Athletes are no different and often a product of their surroundings, which usually produces a competitive mentality but might not have prepared them for the challenges that accompany their new athletic platform. Athletes can benefit from services prior  to playing, during playing and life after playing.  Assisting athletes in a safe setting  in being able to build trust,  communicate, process feelings, find ways to overcome obstacles, manage stressors, and cope with daily life situations in healthy ways. Therapy services is are here for preventive and or consequential mental health services. The mission is to keep current  athletes in high school, college, and professional and former athletes  to focus on maintaining their mental and emotional well being in healthy ways.

Ms. Levine is passionate about people leading empowered, connected and meaningful lives. Ms. Levine provides therapy, mentoring and coaching services to athletes and their families. This is accomplished by working collaboratively with clients in identifying need, making changes, and practicing new skills in a safe and supportive setting. Ms. Levine will assist through use of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client centered therapy,  mindfulness practices, trauma therapy, mindfulness, meditation, music, reiki, and yoga. These approaches will be based on a case to case basis.Tretament plans are designed to meet the needs to the individual.  These  therapeutic based modalities to help the individual to accomplish their goals. These approaches will work to discover underline influences for concerns, while collaborating to create goals for counseling, and collectively working towards finding solutions, stress management, coping skills, ways to manage
